Mental Health is very important to me. I always like to learn more about my diagnosis and different topics because I feel when I have the words to what I'm going through, it helps me work things out in my head. When I have the right tools, I start to notice it slowly takes away the power those negative feelings and struggles have over me. Then things sometimes feel less overwhelming.
